You see the plan and the price before anything gets torn out.

We walk your yard

Twenty minutes on site. We measure, check drainage and grade, and listen to how you actually want to use the space.

You get a real design

A drawn plan of your backyard: layout, materials, planting, the lot. Not a sketch on the back of an estimate.

One itemized price

Every line, including the grading and drainage that thinner bids leave off. Nothing is ordered and nothing is torn out until you approve it.

We build it and finish it

Our own crews, on the schedule you agreed. Your yard doesn't sit open while we're somewhere else.

Before you ask

The questions everybody asks first.

What does a backyard actually cost?

Honestly, it depends on the size of the yard and what goes in it, and anyone who gives you a number before walking the space is guessing. What we will do is walk it, design it, and hand you an itemized price broken down line by line, so you can see exactly what each piece costs and change your mind on paper instead of in concrete. Our minimum project is $2,500.

Do you actually do the design, or do you sub it out?

We do it. Design and build are both in-house, which is the entire point. The person drawing it knows what our crews can build and what it costs to build it, so nothing gets promised on paper that can't be delivered in the yard.

How long will my yard be torn up?

You get the schedule up front, before anything is torn out, and it's part of what you approve along with the plan and the price. How long it runs depends on the size of the build and the weather. What we won't do is open your yard and then disappear onto another job.

Can we do it in phases?

Yes, and it's often the smart move. We design the whole yard once so the pieces fit together, then build it in stages you control. Designing it all up front is what stops phase two from tearing out phase one.

What area do you serve?

We're focused on Tulare. The family has been building outdoor spaces across the Central Valley since 1980, and this is where we're putting our crews now.
